We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect information when you use DramaBox Launcher (the "App"), and the choices and rights you may have.

Important Notice for Minors
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please stop using the App and do not provide any information to us.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Launcher features and short drama content features provided by the App, as well as related analytics, attribution, advertising, telemetry, and push notifications.

This Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties through the App, such as third-party ads, third-party content services, or third-party websites/pages. When you use third-party services, their privacy policies may apply.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the App’s functionality, including Launcher features, short drama content features, analytics, attribution, advertising, telemetry, and push notifications.

2.1 Information you provide

The current version of the App generally does not require account registration and does not require you to submit identifying information such as your name, phone number, or email address.

When you interact with short drama features, including actions such as liking, collecting/favoriting, or other similar interaction behaviors, the App may generate related records. Depending on the feature design and service flow, such records may be stored locally on your device and/or transmitted to relevant backend services or related service providers to support feature operation, interaction state synchronization, service maintenance, analytics, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we and/or our third-party SDKs or service providers may automatically collect certain information for app operation, content delivery, analytics, troubleshooting, attribution, security, and ad delivery, including:

2.3 Launcher app visibility

To provide core Launcher features such as the app drawer, search, quick launch, shortcuts, and recommendations, the App identifies launchable apps on your device, such as app name, package name, and launch entry information.

In general, this information is used for local display and management to support Launcher functionality. However, third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or telemetry services integrated into the App may process certain device identifiers or related technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

4. Short Drama Content Services

4.1 Content services

Short drama/video content shown in the App, including video streams, covers, titles, descriptions, and related assets, is provided through third-party content services and related service providers. The App provides content aggregation, entry points, playback access, and interaction features within the App.

4.2 Servers and network requests

When you browse, load, play, like, collect/favorite, or otherwise interact with short drama content, the App may send network requests to third-party service endpoints to obtain content metadata, playback resources, interaction status, and related service responses.

Based on the current App implementation, short drama content operations are performed through service endpoints such as api.dramaverses.com. The App may also communicate with separate telemetry, analytics, diagnostics, or app log endpoints, including endpoints such as toblog.tobsnssdk.com. These endpoints may serve different functions and should not be understood as the same service.

Using short drama features requires an internet connection and involves necessary network communication data, such as IP address, request timestamps, network status, and related technical request information, for content delivery, playback stability, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service security.

4.3 Transmission security

The current reviewed implementation uses network security measures such as HTTPS for reviewed short drama content and related telemetry transmission. However, no transmission method, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4.4 Data processing

Depending on the feature design and service flow:

4.5 Copyright

Copyright in short drama content generally belongs to the relevant content providers and/or rights holders. If you believe any content in the App infringes your lawful rights, such as copyright or publicity rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11 and provide supporting documentation. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Permissions We Use

The App may request, declare, or rely on the following permissions or capabilities, depending on Android version, device, integrated SDKs, and feature availability. Some items may be declared by integrated third-party SDKs and may not be used in every session.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Sharing

We integrate third-party SDKs and services to provide advertising, analytics, attribution, telemetry, content-related functions, and push notifications. These third parties may process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies, such as Advertising ID, device information, IP address, location-related information, crash logs, telemetry data, ad events, push tokens, install referrer information, and related attribution or measurement signals.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing of information where reasonably necessary to provide App features, advertising, analytics, attribution, security, diagnostics, push notifications, content delivery, fraud prevention, region-related service optimization, or related services.

Advertising SDKs

Analytics, attribution, telemetry, measurement, and related services

These services may process device information, identifiers, IP address, location-related information, technical logs, install referrer data, ad events, and related signals in accordance with their own privacy notices.

Push notifications

Short drama service connection

To deliver and support short drama features, the App communicates with separate third-party service endpoints. Based on the current implementation, short drama content operations are performed through service endpoints such as api.dramaverses.com. Separate telemetry, analytics, diagnostics, or app log requests may be sent to endpoints such as toblog.tobsnssdk.com.

Depending on the feature design and service flow, short drama interaction data, such as likes, collections/favorites, and related behavior events, may be transmitted to relevant backend services or related service providers, and the App may receive corresponding interaction status from server responses.

Advertising identifiers, IP address, and related attribution, measurement, or region-related signals may also be processed by advertising, attribution, analytics, telemetry, or related services, subject to device settings, applicable law, and the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.

The current reviewed implementation uses network security measures such as HTTPS for short drama content and related telemetry transmission. However, no system, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
